Georgia Certified Mediator
Gino is a Certified Mediator in the state of Georgia. He has experience in mediating cases that involve general civil litigation, contract disputes, land disputes, defamation and slander, construction and business litigation, and civil rights violations. He is skilled in engaging clients that are new to the mediation process and parties especially resistant to resolution. Whether in-person or virtually, Gino is adept in guiding the resolution process no matter the location of the parties.
Gino specializes in personal injury including complex automobile and trucking cases, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home, and business disputes. He has handled hundreds of mediations at Miles Mediation, the #1 Alternative Dispute Resolution firm in Georgia, and is a diplomate member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Gino is also a trial attorney who specializes in litigation of complex disputes through his practice, the Brogdon Firm, LLC., which has been named a 3-time Fastest Growing Alumni Business by the University of Georgia.
Gino has served the legal community via multiple organizations including the executive board for the Gate City Bar Association and the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association. Gino is committed to continuous learning and is thankful to be an alumnus of LEAD Atlanta, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s LEAD program, and the New Lawyers Council. Gino serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta and he is plays a leadership role in the Young Leaders Council of BBBS Atlanta. He has also been recognized a a National Black Lawyer’s Top 100 (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018), Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers (2016, 2017), Super Lawyer’s Rising Star (2017, 2018, 2019) and many other professional affiliations, honors, and distinctions.
