Edward Montoya, Esq., is a bilingual mediator and arbitrator with over 30 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, specializing in high-stakes, multi-party matters including aviation, catastrophic injury, and complex liability claims. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator, recognized for his strategic negotiation skills and cultural fluency in facilitating resolutions.

Mr. Montoya earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1992 and holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University. He is a Certified Spanish Speaker by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (2021). His multicultural background and fluency in Spanish enhance his ability to mediate disputes involving Latin American clients and international legal issues.

Edward is committed to equitable and inclusive mediation practices and has contributed to panels discussing cross-cultural negotiations and diverse voices in law. He is A.V. Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by organizations such as Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for Top Products Liability Attorney and Florida Super Lawyer respectively.
