About

Deborah Pino is an experienced attorney, Guardian ad Litem, and certified mediator based in South Florida, with over 25 years of legal practice spanning domestic relations, probate, traffic, wills, and personal injury matters. As the founder of the Law Offices of Deborah Pino, P.A., she has served clients across Florida with a focus on compassion, accessibility, and justice.

Deborah began her career as a Senior Attorney with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, where she represented custodial parents in paternity and child support enforcement matters. She went on to serve as Managing Attorney for Broward County’s Support Enforcement Division before opening her own firm in 2005. In addition to private practice, she is frequently appointed to represent children in contested family court matters involving allegations of abuse or neglect.

Ms. Pino also proudly serves as a Guardian ad Litem in all Florida and Georgia courts and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. As a mediator, Deborah brings a balanced and empathetic approach to resolving family law and civil disputes. She currently serves as a mediator for The Florida Bar Grievance Mediation Program and is admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Seminole Tribal Court.

Her leadership in the legal community includes serving on multiple Florida Bar committees, including those focused on technology, diversity, and support issues. She is a former Executive Board Member of the T.J. Reddick Bar Association and a charter member of the Bernice Gaines Dorn Black Women Lawyers Association.
