With over 20 years as a litigator, Dorsey Miller, Esq. realized that he had only had the opportunity to mediate with a handful of diverse mediators. This glaring disparity not only inspired him to become a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and Qualified Florida Arbitrator himself, but also created a desire to develop a coalition of diverse mediators who could combine their talents to serve their respective legal communities. ADAAM was born out of that desire.
